Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2025-11-04
Azure Bot and the accompanying website respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Azure Bot or accessing the website, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Discord identifiers: user IDs, guild (server) IDs, role IDs, channel IDs when required for features (e.g., configuration, permissions, logging, XP).
- Profile metadata: usernames, discriminators/global names, and avatar references provided by the Discord API.
- Server configuration: settings you configure for your server (e.g., prefixes, XP/level roles, logging channels, feature toggles).
- Usage data: command usage and feature interactions (e.g., XP increments, leaderboard entries). We do not store message content beyond what is necessary for a specific feature.
- Website session data: when you log in via Discord OAuth2, we store a session cookie to keep you signed in.
- Device/technical data: standard logs from the web server for reliability and security (e.g., IP address, user-agent) may be retained for a short period.
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain bot functionality and the website.
- Apply your server’s configuration and preferences.
- Display statistics and leaderboards.
- Detect abuse, protect the service, and troubleshoot issues.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share limited information:
- Service providers: infrastructure or hosting providers necessary to operate the bot/website.
- Legal requirements: if required to comply with applicable law or protect our rights.
- Third‑party embeds: the website may include third‑party widgets (e.g., Ko‑fi). Those services may collect data per their own policies.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in on the dashboard after Discord OAuth2 authentication. You can clear this cookie by logging out or clearing your browser cookies.
Data Retention
- Server configuration and identifiers are retained while the bot is in your server and as needed to operate requested features.
- Operational logs are retained for a limited time for debugging and security.
- Upon request, we will delete associated data where feasible. Removing the bot from your server may not automatically delete historical configuration; please contact us to request deletion.
Your Choices
- You may revoke the bot’s access by removing it from your server.
- You can revoke the website’s access by logging out and revoking OAuth2 permissions in your Discord account settings.
- For data access or deletion requests, contact us using the methods listed on the website.
Children’s Privacy
